Although Double Coil Technology was first discovered in 2011, the present DCT Dongle was not developed until the beginning of 2024. We believe this small and simple device offers the most practical opportunity so far to investigate the unusual effects associated with the Double Coil field.
The technology remains at an early and experimental stage. We are therefore seeking thoughtful experimenters, practitioners and other interested people who are willing to test the Dongle carefully and provide detailed, balanced feedback.
The Purpose of the Research
Our aim is not simply to collect positive testimonials. We would like to understand what the Double Coil field is, how it behaves and whether the reported effects can be demonstrated consistently.
Unsuccessful, neutral and unexpected results are just as valuable as positive ones. They help us identify which effects may be repeatable, which variables are important and where our present assumptions may be mistaken.
The research can be divided broadly into two areas:
● Investigating the nature and physical characteristics of the Double Coil field.
● Investigating the possible effects of the Dongle on perception, wellbeing and reported symptoms.

Investigating the Field
Our first area of research concerns the field itself.
People often describe the effect as occupying a relatively uniform bubble around the coils. However, the size, shape and boundaries of this apparent field have not been established through controlled measurement.
Further experiments could explore:
● The size and shape of the apparent field.
● Whether its intensity varies with distance from the coils.
● The time taken for the field to build after the device is connected.
● How quickly the apparent effect disappears when the circuit is broken.
● Whether physical instruments can detect any corresponding change.
● Whether the field passes through walls and other materials.
Careful listening tests may provide a simple starting point. Many people report that music becomes more spacious, ambient or melodic while the DCT is operating.
Blind or partially blinded comparisons would be especially valuable, since they may help separate a genuine repeatable effect from expectation or suggestion.
Changing the Construction
The present Dongle uses a particular arrangement of doubled enamelled copper wire wound around a small wooden former.
However, many construction variables remain open to investigation.
These include:
● The length and diameter of the coil.
● The number and spacing of the turns.
● The thickness of the wire.
● The material used for the wire.
● The material used for the central former.
● The resistance of the completed coil.
● The separation and arrangement of the two electrical contacts.
● The effect of using different electrical potentials or external power sources.
Earlier experiments suggest that the apparent field may not depend upon power in the way a conventional electromagnetic field would. Carefully documented comparisons between devices of different dimensions and resistances may therefore provide valuable clues.
Trials with the Dongle
We believe the DCT Dongle is, to date, our most practical tool for investigating reported effects involving allergies and autoimmune symptoms.
We therefore encourage serious experimenters and suitably qualified practitioners to assist with careful trials.
A useful report should record:
● The symptom or condition being explored.
● How the Dongle was used.
● The length and frequency of each session.
● Whether it was held in the hands, placed beneath the feet or worn as a pendant.
● When any changes were first noticed.
● How long any apparent effects lasted.
● Whether the symptoms returned after use was stopped.
● Any other treatment, medication or change in circumstances that might have influenced the result.
The purpose is not to prove a predetermined claim, but to build a clear record from which patterns may gradually emerge.
Double Coil Technology remains experimental and should not replace medical diagnosis, prescribed medication or appropriate professional care.

Recording Physical Measurements
Where suitable equipment is available, it would be helpful to record simple physiological measurements before, during and after a Dongle session.
These might include:
● Pulse rate.
● Blood pressure.
● Blood oxygen saturation using a pulse oximeter.
● Skin temperature.
● Subjective levels of discomfort, anxiety or wellbeing.
Measurements should ideally be taken after the participant has rested quietly for several minutes. The same position, equipment and procedure should be used on each occasion.
It may also be useful to include control sessions in which the participant follows the same procedure without being connected to the Dongle.
A single change does not necessarily demonstrate that the device caused it. Repeated observations involving several people are more informative than one isolated result.

Please describe the method used as clearly as possible so that another person could repeat the experiment.

Future Possibilities
The observations made so far raise many questions, but they do not yet provide a complete explanation of the technology.
The most important next step is to move from informal experience towards repeatable experiments that can be independently checked.
Possible future projects include:
● Controlled listening comparisons.
● Mapping the apparent boundaries of the field.
● Comparing coils made from different materials.
● Investigating the importance of coherence between the two windings.
● Recording physiological measurements during sessions.
● Organising structured trials involving allergies and autoimmune symptoms.
The true value of the technology will become clearer only through patient investigation, honest reporting and a willingness to modify or abandon ideas when the evidence requires it.
